Advance Auto Parts recently sent out an update for all users to reset their password as well as their username within a 60 day notice. If not updated during the 60 days, users will be locked out of the integration.
To update your username and password, click the link here. Please change your username to an email address and then update your password. This is located on the right hand side of the screen.
Note: Only the user with the credentials can make this update. If you are unable to update, please reach out to the user with access to update.
