Shops have the ability to easily view the status of an inspection from the job board. This will be extremely helpful to shops as to see a birds eye view of when inspections are outstanding and when they are completed and manage where technicians should focus their time to get inspections done.
Viewing an Assigned Inspection on the Job Board
When an inspection is added to an RO but has not been marked as completed, you can easily tell from the gray clipboard icon on the Job Board. Additionally, you can click on the clipboard icon from the job board to navigate directly to the inspection.
Viewing a Completed Inspection on the Job Board
Once an inspection is marked complete, the clipboard icon on the job board will change color from gray to green to indicate that the inspection for that repair order has been completed.
Note: All inspections assigned to that RO (if multiple DVIs are added) must be marked as complete in order for the icon to change.
