Download speed is how quickly your internet connection can retrieve data from the internet. Upload speed is how quickly your internet connection can send data from your device up to the internet. Recommended Download & Upload Speeds:
- For 1-2 devices, the recommended internet speed is 15-25 Mbps
- For 3-5 devices, the recommended internet speed is 50-100 Mbps
- For greater than 5 devices, the recommended internet speed is 150-200 Mbps

Internet Backup Devices
In the case where there is an internet outage in your area, we recommend purchasing a wireless internet service device to use. Verizon has some backup devices available.
