How do I get started?
Go to SiriusXMforShops.com/Tekmetric for step-by-step instructions on how to enroll. If you have questions about this program or need help with enrollment, email us at: SiriusXMforShops@siriusxm.com or call us at 1-833-384-5046.
What does the program cost?
The program costs your shop nothing! SiriusXM will deliver the benefits of this program at no cost. SiriusXM will not charge your customer or ask them to provide a credit card.
How will SiriusXM know which vehicles and customers are eligible for a SiriusXM trial subscription after a service visit?
All eligible customers will be offered 3-month trial subscriptions as a ‘thank you’ from your shop. Ineligible customers include those with active or recently active SiriusXM trial subscriptions.
What happens after we enroll our shop?
- A welcome package will be given to your shop with some marketing materials to help promote our partnership.
- We will notify the eligible customers of their trial subscription on behalf of your shop and SiriusXM.
- That’s it! SiriusXM will take care of all the rest!
When can customers expect to receive their SiriusXM trial subscription?
Eligible customers who have opted-in to receive an email will receive their trial subscription within a few days after their service visit.
What if I have a customer that wants to opt-out of communications from SiriusXM?
Customers may simply opt-out of future SiriusXM communications by calling SiriusXM Customer Care at 1-877-447-0011, or by going online at siriusxm.com/contactus and following the instructions. In addition, you may elect not to send customer information to SiriusXM for any customer that is not interested in a trial subscription. Your customers will not be notified of their trial subscription by telephone.
