Sometimes, we cancel our credit cards and forget to update our billing information for our subscriptions. If you ever cancel your credit card, or need to update the credit card on file for your subscription, you can do so within your Tekmetric shop.
If you have an outstanding invoice with us, we will notify you within the app by displaying a red warning banner.
Please note, this warning will not appear to employees who do not have access to Shop Settings and Billing information. This will only appear to shop owners and any employees they've given access to Shop Settings.
Manage Invoices
To manage and pay for outstanding invoice(s), you will navigate to the Billing section on the left menu bar. From there, you will then go to the History tab.
Here, you will select the invoice(s) with the status of Not Paid. Once you select them, you will select the option to Make Payment on the top right of your screen.
When you select Make Payment, you will enter your new credit card information. From here, you will be able to set this credit card as your new default payment method for future subscriptions.
