Login
Login to the app with the same Tekmetric credentials that you use for the Tekmetric desktop application.

Job Board
View your Repair Orders (ROs) by Estimates, Work in Progress, and Completed status. Select one of the 3 tabs at the top of the Job Board to switch (or swipe between columns).
You can also filter the Job Board by employee (ie. technician assigned to an inspection), appointment type, and/or RO label. If you are a Technician, the Job Board will automatically filter to work you're assigned to.
NOTE: Pull down on the job board column to refresh the Job Board.

Repair Orders
After you find an RO on the Job Board, you can review details of the Repair Order:
- Odometer: Enter vehicle mileage in /out
- Customer Concerns: Add and/or View Customer Concerns
- Technician Concerns: Add an/or View Technician Concerns
- Inspections: Perform an inspection and/or add a new inspection to the RO
- View RO Details: Get more info on the vehicle like promised out time and VIN

Perform an Inspection
Quickly rate an inspection task, add a finding, and add media. Users can interact with the Inspection experience in two ways: Enter all task content right from the main inspection screen or use the task drawer.
On inspection list:
- Rate a task.
- Once you rate the task, you can then add a finding and picture/video.

On task drawer:
- Select the task to open the drawer.
- Rate the task, add media, add notes.

Pro tip: Setup your inspection template with Canned Findings so that you can quickly add notes to an inspection task.
Image Markup
Inform your customers of issues on their vehicle by adding shapes, arrows, and or text to the image.

Complete an Inspection
Once you’re done with the inspection, you are able to mark it complete back on the RO screen. Simply check the inspection and you’re also able to notify the Service Writer that the inspection is complete.
