You can easily restore a deleted repair order directly from your Job Board in Tekmetric. The process involves changing a simple filter to view all deleted repair orders, then selecting the one you wish to restore.
Step-by-Step Guide
Here is exactly where to go to find and restore a deleted repair order.
1. Go to Your Job Board Start by navigating to your main Job Board in Tekmetric, where you typically manage your active repair orders.
2. Filter to View Deleted ROs In the upper-right area of the Job Board, you will see a dropdown menu. By default, this menu is labeled Active. Click this dropdown menu and change it to Deleted.
3. Locate the Repair Order This will refresh your view to show a list of all repair orders that have been deleted. Scroll through the list to find the repair order you wish to restore.
4. Restore the RO On the right side of the repair order you want to restore, you will see a three-dot menu (...). Click the three dots, and then select Restore RO from the dropdown menu.
Once restored, the repair order will be moved back to your active Job Board.
