Customer Information

- Information Bypassed: Indicates if an employee bypassed a required field when creating the customer's profile.

How does the customer list report populate data? Data is populated by customers who have visited the shop and will not include migrated data.
Why does my actual customer list have more customers than the report? Only customers who visited and have had a repair order created will appear in the report. Meaning if they do not have a repair order, they will not populate.
How does the date range work on the customer list report? When filtering to a specific date, it will only show customers who have had a repair order created during that date range. If the customer's last repair order is out of that range, it will not display.
Does the report showcase retention rate or average visit rate? At this time, the report will only show how many visits a customer had during a specific date range.
