At Tekmetric, we’re continuing to improve how DVIs work for both your shop and your customers. Our latest updates focus on making inspection reports clearer, more professional, and more impactful — helping shops tell the right story and customers feel confident in the decisions they make.
What’s New
Customer-Facing Pages
Smaller header on Inspection Reports, Estimates, and Invoices so customers can focus on the details that matter. New “Visit Details” tab where customers can see information about their visit to the shop, adding more context and clarity.

Inspection Report
Customer Concern elevated — the primary concern is now front and center, with related findings connected to it. Vehicle Health chart refined — no more clutter from “N/A” or incomplete inspection tasks. Cleaner presentation — “Not found” findings are no longer displayed if a task has no issues.

We’re adding the ability to reorder technician concerns so your shop can present issues in the sequence that best tells the customer’s vehicle story.
