Technician Concerns can be populated in two ways:
- Manually added by a user

2. Automatically added by the Digital Vehicle Inspection; inspections tasks marked red and yellow will automatically be added as Technician Concerns.

Sorting
Technician Concerns are automatically sorted by red items first, then yellow (and then green if a user manually adds a green rated technician concern).

Reorder
Users may reorder the Technician Concerns to elevate the concern that's most critical to the customer. Simply drag and drop the concern to the order you'd like.
