Set up PartsTech Integration

PartsTech is a separate third-party commerce software that the Tekmetric app can integrate with to facilitate ordering parts through an array of suppliers in your area.

Create or Sign into your PartsTech Account

1. Login to Tekmetric
2. Navigate to Shop Settings on the left menu, then go to the Integrations tab. 
3. Click Manage on the PartsTech integration card. 
4. If you already have a PartsTech account, you will sign in; otherwise, create a password for your new PartsTech account. 
   1. Sign Up if you don't have an existing PartsTech Account.
   2. To review your shop information before proceeding, click the "here" link below the password field.    
   3. If you're Tekmetric email matches a PartsTech account, we will prompt you to sign into your existing PartsTech Account. Once you sign in, click "Connect" to connect your PartsTech account to Tekmetric.  
5. Once you've successfully connected your PartsTech account,  you will see the next screen stating you've successfully created your PartsTech account. The next step is to set up your part suppliers in PartsTech. To do so, select Connect PartsTech to your suppliers.

Connect your Part Suppliers in PartsTech

You'll be taken to a new window, into PartsTech, to set up your part supplier accounts. You can connect to an unlimited number of suppliers. PartsTech will use your shop address to find parts suppliers in your area.

Disconnect PartsTech from Tekmetric

1. Click the Shop Settings section on the bottom of the left menu bar.
2. Click the Integrations tab.
3. Click Manage in the PartsTech Box.
4. Click Disconnect.
