Delete Customer

In the Customers section, you can add, delete, edit, or merge customers. In this article, you will find information on how to delete a customer from your shop. 

Delete Customer:

1. Click the Customers section on the left menu bar.
2. Click on the desired customer you want to delete.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Customer.
4. Click the red Delete button in the window that pops up.

Important Notes:

• Tekmetric only "soft" deletes your customers. If you accidentally delete a customer and need the profile back, please submit a ticket to support at support@tekmetric.com.
• Even though you delete your customer profile, the RO history will remain in Tekmetric.
