Canned Jobs save you time when building an estimate for your customer. Instead of recreating a job you perform often, you can create as many canned-jobs as you'd like.

Create a Canned Job within RO

1. Go to the Repair Order you want to create a canned job for.
2. Go to the Estimate tab.
3. Click the blue button Build Estimate on the top right corner.
4. Click Add a New Job.
5. Build the job by adding your parts and labor.
6. Click the blue Save button.
7. To save as a canned job, click the star icon on the top right corner of the job.
8. Edit Job title if you would like, then click the blue Save button.

FAQs About Canned Jobs

When adding a canned job within a job, it will not bring over the job category or packaged pricing. In this case, it will only bring over parts, labor, fees, and discounts.
