Merge Customers

In the Customers section, you can add, delete, edit, or merge customers. In this article, you will find information on how to merge two customers together.

Merge Customers

1. Click the Customers section on the left menu bar.
2. Click the blue Merge Customers button on the top right corner of the customer list.
3. Fill out the names of the two customers you wish to merge, then click Continue.
4. Choose what fields from each customer would you like to keep, then click Continue.
5. Confirm the profile information of the new "merged" customer.
6. Click Complete Merge.

Note: When you merge customers, RO history will not be lost.

Please note, once you merge two customer or vehicle profiles, it can not be undone.
