We offer our Sandbox site/environment for users to test drive and play with Tekmetric before their launch day. Our Sandbox environment operates the same as a real Tekmetric shop, allowing you to practice building repair orders, ordering parts and more!
How to Access: Go to sandbox.tekmetric.com and login. Note that Sandbox is a separate environment from your real shop, where you may have different login credentials depending on what email or password was provided when requesting your Sandbox access.
Requesting Sandbox Access: Sandbox access is granted upon request only. To request access call, chat or email us at support@tekmetric.com.
Adding other team members: Once one person from your shop has access to Sandbox, they can add other users to practice by going to "Employees" in the main menu and adding them as new employees.
Forgot your Sandbox password? From the login screen, choose "Forgot Password?" to get a password reset email. If you get a message error stating that "No account could be found for this email address", then you will need to contact us to re-activate your Sandbox account.
Disclaimers:
- Since the Sandbox site is open and shared with other Tekmetric users, we highly advise against using any real customer data (including names, vehicles, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses).
- We periodically clean out all users from Sandbox after launch or if accounts have not been accessed for a while.
