The Back Office Data Migrations

Tekmetric offers data migration from your Legacy Shop Management System for $750. Because you are currently using a system we don't support in-house, your data extraction and conversion will be pulled by our third-party data conversion experts, The Back Office. We will handle coordinating with The Back Office for a date two business days prior to your Launch date.

• Additional data migrations are $750 each.
• Tekmetric has a great success rate with our custom data migration process, but there are times where some data will not be migrated over due to formatting and compatibility of special characters in the old file, causing some records to be excluded from fully being migrated.

Tekmetric will NOT correct any data migration errors 30 days post migration. 

Be sure you validate your migrated data as soon as it is within your Tekmetric shop.

Due to data integrity reasons:

• Tekmetric reports will NOT be populated with the historical data from Legacy SMS. Reports in Tekmetric will only be populated going forward with native Tekmetric data.
• Active Repair Orders will NOT be copied from Legacy SMS into Tekmetric. ROs not posted at the time of extraction will need to be manually re-entered into Tekmetric.
