If you created a repair order for your customer, but you are not working on the RO until a later time, then you can save your RO for later! This will allow you to build future ROs and quotes without cluttering your job board.
You can save an RO for later, and return it back to the Job Board when the customer returns.
Save RO for Later
- Navigate to the Job Board.

Select the 3 action dots to the right of the RO number.
- Note: The RO must be in the Estimate column of the job board if you would like to save it for later. Once the jobs are authorized, you can not move the RO to Save for Later unless you remove the authorization.

Click Save for Later.
- The RO will be removed from your Active Job Board and to the Saved for Later section.
Move RO from Saved for Later back to Job Board
When the customer returns and is ready for their vehicle to be worked on, you can move the RO from the Saved for Later section.
- Navigate to the Job Board.
- Click the Active icon drop down and select Saved for Later.
- Use the 3 action dots to the right of the RO, and select Return to Job Board.
