How to Manage Employee Sheets
There are two locations where you can manage and edit Employee Timesheets. However, in order to manage the timesheets, you must have reporting permissions turned on.

The Clock Icon on the top right corner next to your initials - if you click this icon, a window will pop up with all the active time clocks for the day. The following information will be shown:
- Employee Name
- Time In
- Clocked Time
- Break Time
- Total Time
- Status of their clock (clocked in, break, or clocked out)

Note: If you want to edit your employee's clocked time, you can click Manage Timesheets on the bottom left to edit their time.

Employee Timesheets report is another place where you can manage employee time cards. You can add, delete or edit your employee's time card in this report as well as view previous time periods.
To navigate to this report:
- Click Reports on the left navigation menu.
- Click the third tab Employee Reports.

Click Employee Timesheets report.
Once you're in this report you can do the following:
Add Time Card for Employee
If your employee forgot to Clock in, you can add a Time Card for them by following these steps:
- Click into desired employee.
- Click Add Time Card.

Type in Date and Start & End Time, then click Save.
Edit Time Card for Employee
If your employee forgot to take a break, clock in, or clock out, you can edit their Time Card for them by following these steps:
- Click into desired employee.
- Click the three action dots to the right of the time card, then click Edit Time Card.

Edit what you need, then click Save.
Delete Time Card for Employee
If you need to delete an employee Time Card, you can do so by following these steps:
- Click into desired employee.
- Click the three action dots to the right of the time card, then click Delete Time Card.

A window will pop up warning that you are about to delete the time card. If you wish to continue, click Delete.
