Utilizing a credit card processing system will create a better customer experience by giving customers an additional payment option. Since credit card processing is essential to growing  a shop’s business, we built our very own credit card processor, Tekmerchant, that connects straight into Tekmetric. 

Tekmerchant helps create a seamless experience for the shop and for your customers by:

1. Auto-recording payments that are taken on your credit card terminal onto the designated repair order. 
2. Capture the digital signature from the terminal, onto the repair order for record purposes. 
3. Allows your customers to pay using their cell phones before they even come pick up the vehicle, saving your service writer time checking them out. 

Tekmetric has integrated payment processing. You can setup your card processing terminals and integrate Text-to-Pay if you use 360 Payments or Tekmerchant.

Existing 360 Payment Users

How to Signup with Tekmerchant

Tekmerchant is our own payment processor powered by 360 Payments and supported by the Tekmetric team. For any customers who already use 360 Payments, you will be contacting their support team.

Once you fill out the form, a payment representative is going to reach out to get you setup.

360 Payments will then send you Tekmerchant terminals and help you integrate your terminals with Tekmetric. If you would like to activate Text-to-Pay, they will also send you an email with your Security key and Tokenization key.
