Potential Duplicate Customer
Tekmetric will provide a warning when you create a customer that may already exist in your customer database. The warning appears when Tekmetric detects one of the following fields matches one or both of the following criteria:
- Phone Number
- Email Address
As seen below, the warning will present the possible matches. You can choose whether you want to continue creating a brand new customer or select one of the existing profiles.
