The quickest and most efficient way to contact our support is by clicking the question mark icon on the top right corner of your screen.
LIVE Chat
You can chat us from within your Tekmetric account by clicking Support button in the top navigation bar.
Instant Help with Ava: You’ll first be greeted by Ava, our AI Assistant. Ava is available 24/7 to provide immediate assistance.
Human Support: You can request a live agent at any time during your chat. Please note that live agents are available from 7 AM to 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Seamless Transitions: For complex issues or requests for a live agent, Ava will ensure your case is routed to the right person. If it's after hours, a human agent will follow up with you the very next business day.
Submit a Ticket
You can also submit a ticket if you found a bug, have workflow questions, or any integration questions. Submitting a ticket is recommended if you'd like to have the agent's response saved in your email. You will hear back usually within the first hour of submitting the ticket!
