In the case that a shop sends a part to the returns section of Tekmetric and finds that they actually need that part for a repair order, they have the ability to un-return a part by completing the following steps:
- Go to the Orders section of Tekmetric from the main Navigation menu, then to the Return Orders tab.
- Find the part you need to un-return and click the three dots menu at the far right side of the row. Select move back to RO or move to inventory - whichever option applies to your shop's situation.
