In the case that a shop sends a part to the returns section of Tekmetric and finds that they actually need that part for a repair order, they have the ability to un-return a part by completing the following steps:
1. Go to the "Orders" section of Tekmetric from the main Navigation menu, then to the "return orders" tab.
2. Find the part you need to un-return and click the three dots menu at the far right side of the row. Select "move back to RO" or "move to inventory" - whichever option applies to your shop's situation.
