Tekmetric offers a robust search engine for you to search for different criteria related to customer profiles within your shop. Within Tekmetric, you can search for the following:
Customer Search
The search criteria for a customer includes:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone
The top 10 customers will populate as suggestions based on the most recently updated data.
Vehicle Search
The search criteria for vehicles includes:
- Year, Make, Model, Submodel
- License Plate
- VIN
- Unit Number
The top 10 vehicles based on the following order sequence:
- Year (Newest to Oldest)
- Make (Alphabetically)
The customer that is associated with the vehicle will also be present in the drop down menu.
Repair Order Search
The search criteria for repair orders includes:
- Repair Order #
- First and Last Name of customer
We will display the top 10 repair orders based on the most recently updated repair orders. We will also include the vehicle's year, make, and model with the RO information in the drop down menu.
Vendor Search
The search criteria for vendors includes:
- Vendor Name
- Vendor Email
- Vendor Phone Number
We will display the top 10 results sorted by the vendor with the most recently updated information. We will also include the vendor's store number in the drop down menu.
