In Tekmetric, if your customer would like to get work done that was either declined or work that was done prior on a previous RO, you can add it to the new RO without having to build it all over again!
Add Previously Declined Work to New RO:
- First, you will want to create a new repair order for your customer.
- Once the RO is created, there are two locations where you can find the job history on that vehicle:
In the Summary tab, under Job History:
In the Estimate tab, under Job History:
- Once you find the historical job you'd like to add to the RO, click the 3 dots to the very right, then click Add to Estimate.
Note: If you do not find the job you are looking for, please confirm that the RO that the job was originally on has been posted. Jobs will not be populated in the Job History if the original RO has not been posted.

Do declined sublets show up in the declined jobs section? As of now, no declined sublets do not populate or show in the declined jobs section.
