If you are ever experiencing browser issues, before submitting a ticket, please perform the following steps.
Empty Cache and Hard Reload:
- Right click somewhere on your screen, then select "Inspect."
- NOTE: An element box with some code will pop up on the right, ignore it!
- Then navigate to your refresh button on the top left of the browser and RIGHT click the refresh button.
- Click "Empty Cache and Hard Reload."
- Exit out of the element box on the right and the issue will be resolved!
