Empty Cache and Hard Reload

If you are ever experiencing browser issues, before submitting a ticket, please perform the following steps.

Empty Cache and Hard Reload:

1. Right click somewhere on your screen, then select Inspect.
   • Note: An element box with some code will pop up on the right, ignore it! 
2. Then navigate to your refresh button on the top left of the browser and right click the Refresh button.
3. Click Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
4. Exit out of the element box on the right and the issue will be resolved!
