If you are having difficulties activating your account to log into Tekmetric, you will need a new activation link. Depending on your role in a shop, there are several ways to get the activation link resent to you.
Shop Owner
If you are shop owner and you have already created your account, you should receive an activation email from Tekmetric. Please check your spam/junk if you do not see the email in your inbox. However, if you do not activate your link within 24 hours, the link will be expired.
To acquire a new link please contact customer support at 832-787-0900 or send an email to support@tekmetric.com.
Shop Employee
If your activation link expired, please let the shop owner know and they can resend you a link with an updated expiration date.
The shop owner will need to go into your employee profile within Tekmetric, and resend the link within the blue banner at the top of your profile.
