Overview
Tekmetric supports one active payment processor integration at a time. If you are transitioning to 360 Payments, you must first disconnect or disable your current provider.
Use this guide to activate 360 Payments, troubleshoot common setup hurdles, or disconnect the integration.
Activating 360 Payments
Follow these steps to set up 360 Payments for your shop:
Disable Current Processor: If you receive a “You already have another payment processor enabled” alert, navigate to your Shop Settings and disable your active payment provider before moving forward.
Navigate to Integrations: Go to Shop Settings > Integrations.
Launch Setup: Locate the 360 Payments card, click Activate, and complete the onboarding application prompt.
Note on Application Status: If your Tekmetric Integrated Payments application is not approved, please reach out to Tekmetric Payments Support to fully deactivate the connection for your shop. Once cleared, you can restart the activation steps above.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
The "Activate" Button is Missing
If you cannot see the Activate button on the 360 Payments tile, your shop is likely still linked to Tekmetric Payments. You must officially cancel your Tekmetric Payments service first. Once processing is finalized, the Activate button will automatically appear.
Error: "You already have another payment processor enabled"
This occurs when an existing integration is still live. To resolve this, go to Shop Settings, locate the active processor, and toggle it to disabled.
Disconnecting from 360 Payments
If you need to remove 360 Payments from your shop workflow:
Go to Shop Settings > Integrations.
Locate the 360 Payments card and click Manage.
Click Disconnect to remove the integration.
