Tekmetric offers data migration from StocTrac for $750. Your data extraction and migration will be scheduled for one business day prior to your launch date in order to ensure that you have the most up-to-date data transfer over.
Key Points:
- Additional data migrations are also $750 each.
- It is the shop's responsibility to contact StocTrac ahead of time to get the Level X password to access the database backup.
- Tekmetric has a great success rate with our custom data migration process, but there are times where some data will not be migrated over due to formatting and compatibility of special characters in the old file, causing some records to be excluded from fully being migrated.

Tekmetric will not correct any data migration errors 30 days post migration.
- Be sure you validate your migrated data as soon as it is within your Tekmetric shop.
Due to data integrity reasons:

Tekmetric reports will not be populated with the historical data from StocTrac. Reports in Tekmetric will only be populated going forward with native Tekmetric data.

Active Repair Orders will not be copied from StocTrac into Tekmetric. ROs not posted at the time of extraction will need to be manually re-entered into Tekmetric.
