Inventory List Template

If you would like to upload your inventory list, you will need to download the sample template attached below. 

The following fields are required in the template:

• Brand Name
• Part Name
• Part Number
• Part Type (1 = Part and 2 = Tire)
• Quantity in Stock (you can enter 0)
• Unit Cost (can not be $0 or blank)
• Retail Price (can not be $0 or blank)

Once you fill out the template, you will email it to your Customer Onboarding Manager to get it uploaded. Please note, if this is part of your data migration, please let your onboarding specialist know you do not want to migrate any inventory from your legacy shop management system. 

NOTE: If you do not format your inventory list correctly, some data (some parts) will not be migrated correctly, and you will have to manually clean up your data.
