Advance Pro (AAP) Integration

The Advance Auto Parts Integration is a direct integration with Advance Professional and will allow you to quote and order parts through your existing Advance Auto Parts account. You can find a video about the integration here. 

Integration Setup

If you don’t have an account with Advance Auto Parts yet, you can request one here https://my.advancepro.com/.

You will to grab the following information from within your Advance Auto Parts account:

1. Account ID
2. Account Key

Finding your Account ID

1. Go to Admin tab in Advance Pro.
2. Go to Account Details.
3. See Account Number.

Entering AAP Credentials Into Tekmetric

1. Click the Shop Settings section on the bottom of the left menu bar.
2. Click the Integrations tab.
3. Find the Advance Auto Parts integrations card and click Manage.
4. Enter your credentials into the AAP Integration Modal.

AAP Integration Modal

1. Choose the vendor in Tekmetric that you want incoming quotes/orders from AAP to be associated with. You can also create a new one. 
2. Enter in your Account ID and Account Key.
3. Click Verify & Save.

Disconnecting AAP from Tekmetric

1. Click the Shop Settings section on the bottom of the left menu bar.
2. Click the Integrations tab.
3. Find the Advance Auto Parts card and click Manage.
4. Click Disconnect.
