Transparency settings give you control over what data does or doesn't show up on customer facing estimates and invoices.
- Click the Shop Settings section on the bottom of the left menu bar.
- Click the 5th tab, ESTIMATES/INVOICES.
- Estimate & Invoice Details table - here you control what your customers see on the invoices & estimates, and your Terms of Service.
- Click into the Transparency Settings section to setup your invoice and estimate settings.
- Here you can select what details you'd like your customers to see on the invoice and/or estimate.
- Once you finalize your transparency settings, click SAVE SETTINGS.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The transparency settings for invoices can be different from transparency settings of estimates - it's up to you!
- Sometimes you might need to change your transparency settings for warranty situations. You can adjust transparency settings for one-off situations from within the individual repair order without changing your shop-wide transparency settings.

"Transparency"
