In Tekmetric, shops have the ability to sort the job board within each swim lane by the following criteria:
- Custom (saving your drag & drop sort)
- RO Number
- RO Label
- Created Date
- Promised Time Out
- Service Writer
- Customer First Name
- Customer Last Name
How to Sort the Job Board in the Column View
Step 1: Click on the sort by icon at the top of the swim lane and it will generate a drop-down.
Step 2: Select the criteria that you wish to sort the swim lane by. You can sort the different swimlanes by different criteria.
Step 3: You can sort the repair orders in ascending or descending order by using the arrow icon.
How to Sort the Job Board in the List View
Step 1: Click on the sort by icon at the far right of the section you wish to sort, and it will generate a drop-down.
Step 2: Select the criteria that you wish to sort the list view by.

FAQs for Job Board
Can I print certain columns like my work in progress? You can screenshot the repair orders or use the shop dashboard and filter by status, however, there is not a printed report.
Is there a way to make custom columns? As of now there is not a way to add beyond the three on the job board, however, you can create custom RO labels! For more information on the RO labels, click here!
