Job Board Sort

In Tekmetric, shops have the ability to sort the job board within each swim lane by the following criteria:

• Custom (saving your drag & drop sort) 
• RO Number
• RO Label
• Created Date
• Promised Time Out
• Service Writer
• Customer First Name
• Customer Last Name

How to Sort the Job Board in the Column View

Step 1: Click on the "Sort By" icon at the top of the swim lane and it will generate a drop-down.

Step 2: Select the criteria that you wish to sort the swim lane by. You can sort the different swimlanes by different criteria. 

Step 3: You can sort the repair orders in ascending or descending order by using the arrow icon.

How to Sort the Job Board in the List View

Step 1: Click on the "Sort By" icon at the far right  of the section you wish to sort, and it will generate a drop-down .

Step 2: Select the criteria that you wish to sort the list view by.

Step 3: You can sort the repair orders in ascending or descending order by using the arrow icon.
