When is Data Populated?
In this report, the data is generated depending on the settings you have within your shop.
-
Job Completed Setting - if you have this setting configured, then the data will be generated once the labor lines on jobs are marked complete. The entire repair order does NOT need to be completed.
-
RO Completed Setting - if you have this setting configured, then the data will be generated once the entire RO is marked complete.
-
RO Posted Or Sent To A/R Setting - if you have this setting configured, then the data will be generated once the RO is posted and closed out, or sent to Accounts Receivable.

Technician - if you'd like to filter the report to focus on a specific employee and analyze the jobs only he/she have worked on, then you can filter the report by selecting their name in the employee drop down next to the date range.
Data Metrics:
Total Billed Time - how many hours have been billed out in your shop within the date range you've selected.

Car Count - number of ROs worked on
Note: If you filter the report based on technician, then your data metrics in the header of the report will show the total for the specific technician filtered.
